This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the rules and conditions for canceling and refunding services purchased from EdgeForge (www.edgeforge.org), including cloud servers, dedicated servers, and DDoS proxy solutions.
Service Cancellation
Customers may request service cancellation at any time via the client panel or by contacting our support team. Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available for eligible services within the first 7 days after the initial purchase, unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement. Setup fees, domain registrations, and already provisioned dedicated resources are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable: domain registrations, SSL certificates, add-on services, and any customized or special-order products.
Refund Process
Refund requests will be reviewed by our billing department. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. EdgeForge is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Early Termination
If a service is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refunds will be issued.
Changes to Policy
EdgeForge reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page with the effective date clearly stated.
