General Service Agreement

EDGEFORGE — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into between EdgeForge (www.edgeforge.org) ("Provider") and the individual or entity purchasing services ("Customer"). By placing an order with EdgeForge, the Customer accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein.

Scope of Services

Provider offers hosting and protection services including Cloud Servers, Dedicated Servers, and DDoS Proxy solutions. Services described in this Agreement are provided from Provider's infrastructure, including servers located in the Netherlands, unless otherwise specified in the service order.

Service Description

Provider will deliver the agreed hosting resources, network access, and DDoS mitigation according to the package purchased by the Customer. Software, content, and third-party applications hosted on provided infrastructure remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Acceptable Use

Customer shall use Services in compliance with all applicable local and international laws. The Customer must not use Services to host, distribute, or facilitate illegal content, spam, malware, hacking activity, or other malicious conduct. Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services in case of violation.

DDoS Protection

Provider's DDoS Proxy services mitigate attacks within the capacity limits and rules associated with the chosen package. While Provider strives to minimize impact, attacks that exceed purchased capacity or abuse mitigation rules may result in reduced protection or service interruptions for which Provider cannot be held liable.

Fees and Payment

Customer agrees to pay fees as specified in the order. Payments are accepted via methods presented during checkout (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer). Failure to pay renewal fees by the due date may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Cancellation and Termination

Customer may request service cancellation via the control panel. Provider may suspend or terminate Services immediately in cases of serious policy violations or unlawful activity. Refunds, if any, are subject to Provider's refund policy and the specific service terms.

Liability and Warranty Disclaimer

Provider makes commercially reasonable efforts to deliver reliable services but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including business loss, data loss, or lost profits. Provider's total liability for damages shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the affected service during the prior billing period.

Data Privacy

Provider will treat Customer data in accordance with its privacy policy. Provider will not disclose Customer personal data to third parties except as required by law or to provide requested services. Customer is responsible for backing up its data and for maintaining necessary security on its applications and credentials.

Service Levels and Maintenance

Provider aims to maintain high availability and will perform necessary maintenance and updates. Planned maintenance may be scheduled with notice; emergency maintenance may be performed without notice to protect infrastructure or customers.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amsterdam, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Amendments

Provider may modify these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on www.edgeforge.org or communicated to Customer; continued use of Services after publication constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Acceptance

By placing an order or using EdgeForge services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Terms of Service.
